Progress is a never-ending journey striving for perfection. That's why Honda isn't following the rulebook; it's writing a new language. Featuring the same fastback-inspired design as the Accord Sedan, the Hybrid slices through the air with ease.
Reach your fullest potential in the Honda Accord Hybrid with its intuitive features such as remote engine starting, two-position memory seats, and available Apple CarPlay. These innovative technologies let you spend less time focusing on ancient machinery and more time focusing on the adventure ahead.
Evolution is unstoppable. You might as well get there in a Honda Accord Hybrid.
For years, Honda has made vehicles to last a lifetime, but now they're thinking of the next generation as well. The Accord Hybrid's two-motor hybrid powertrain engine flaunts an exceptional 212 horsepower under the reigns of electric torque, while also boasting a 48 miles-per-gallon city rating. Your reduced trips to the gas station won't just save your bank account the extra costs or save the environment from harmful emissions; they will also be saving you the most priceless thing of all: time.
Education is power in the Honda Accord Hybrid, which is why it's equipped with an available touchscreen monitor that shows the energy flow between the electric motor and the engine in real-time. Now, you can see for yourself exactly how your driving affects your vehicle. The Accord Hybrid even gives you the option to switch into EV mode, enabling you to travel using the electric motor and hybrid battery exclusively. So relax as you run that errand to the post office, knowing you're doing it with zero emissions.

The Honda Accord does not come with an AWD drivetrain. Instead, it offers a 4WD drivetrain. 4WD is the drivetrain that normally comes on all the uber-capable cars you see in commercials traversing over rocks, big hills, and other difficult terrains. 4WD is a complex and sophisticated system that uses differentials to provide torque to all of the four wheels on your car.
Long story short, your Honda Accord can handle almost anything you might want to drive on, so long as you don't try to drive into the ocean or straight up Mount Everest. We definitely don't recommend that.
The Honda Accord Hybrid, like all Hybrid and Electric Vehicles, is incredibly easy to charge. When you buy your Honda Accord Hybrid, you'll be provided with a Level 1 120-volt charger for at-home use that plugs right into any 120-volt grounded wall socket with a dedicated 15-amp circuit.
The first thing you need to do is release the charge port hatch via the button near your steering wheel or on your key fob. Plug the charger into the appropriate outlet, and once you see the ready indicator illuminate, you simply plug the charger into the charge port (which is located on the driver's side fender). You'll know you've connected it successfully when you feel it latch in and you see the indicator light in the charge point go from flashing to solid.
With a 240-volt charger, you can reach a full charge in as little as 2.5 hours. With the 120-volt charger, you'll reach a full charge in about 12 hours. You can charge at home or at any ChargePoint or EVgo Station around the nation. Thanks to your hybrid vehicle, you'll also gain access to HOV lanes in some areas and, in some cases, a $7,500 federal tax credit. Look up your state’s regulations to see if you qualify and know that the benefits don't stop!
