I agree with Scott R. about the honest service and no surprises. I found their service to be friendlier, faster and less expensive than other dealers. The waiting area was not ultra modern like some, but they always had a nice assortment of beverages and pastries!

I went to Muller with all my internet quotes in place. I showed the lowest bid, and said "match it and I will purchase right now". Alfredo (the internet sale manager) matched the price with no hassles, no surprises, and no additional fees. The car was in stock with the color I had requested, so the sales cycle went quickly.

I waited a day to pick up the car for detailing, and everything was ready when I arrived. I only had to sign the paperwork and drive off.

Muller made the purchasing decision a pleasure, and no hard sell or last minute changes.

Do you homework first, and go see Alfredo!

I see on other posts the frustration of users that had problems with the sales cycle at other dealers. If you do your homework first, and now what other dealers are offering, you should not be stuck with a bad deal.


I am sending this note to sing the praises of Peter Franz. (I have purchased one vehicle and have another-purchased elsewhere- both serviced at Muller. ) Whenever I deal with Mr. Franz I am treated with a great amount of genuine courtesy and kindness. I feel as though I have someone looking out for me when I leave my car in his hands.

I believe Peter Franz is doing a job he was meant to do. And I do not wish to limit his abilities any way, but boy, is he good.

Helped my brother purchase his first new car here a month ago and it was as good experience as you can have with a car dealership. Salesman was honest and upfront on pricing, knowledgeable of the car, and not pushy at all. There was no bait-and-switch or silly games with the numbers that other dealerships tried to pull.
