Requirements:
* Excellent Computer proficiency
* High School Education or Equivalant
* Friendly, Professional, Courteous
* Strong Organization skills, Ability to Multi-Task, communicate effectively to Guests & Employees
Duties:
Receive payment for all sales and service items and play a key role in creating customer satisfaction.
Serve as a back up to the receptionist answering all incoming calls and route them to the proper place.
Balance Repair Orders, vehicle deposits, cash, credit cards, and checks daily.
Record amounts received, close or finalize all repair orders for which funds have been received in computer system, use various dealership software programs for input and retrieval of information, (such as determining the status of customer's vehicles), answer telephones, schedule appointments, and answer customer inquiries.
